Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements) before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies how many times you must wager the bonus amount or the combined deposit and bonus amount before the funds become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in total bets before you can withdraw bonus-related winnings.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, collusion with other players, betting on low-risk outcomes solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other activity deemed unfair or contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
All sports bets are subject to the official rules and results of the respective sports governing bodies. In the event of any discrepancy, the official league or federation ruling takes precedence. Bets placed on postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events are handled according to our sports betting rules published on the platform. Generally, bets on cancelled matches are voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled within a specified timeframe.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Technical issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, or connectivity problems may occasionally occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from such technical issues, although we will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless oodigo from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oodigo is licensed and regulated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority.
Before pursuing arbitration, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may initiate arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
oodigo reserves the right to suspend, close, or terminate your Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonus funds or funds subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, less any applicable fees or charges. You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting customer support.
